Meet the kadoatery. This is a sort of "orphanage" for kadoaties. Users get trophies (and even an avatar!) for feeding these cree...er cute little petpets. You do not have to be uber rich to feed a kadoatie, it just requires a lot of time and patience.

Prizes

1-9 Kads: bronze trophy.
10-24 Kads: silver trophy.
24+ Kads: gold trophy.
75 Kads: avatar!

Times

Finding out kad restock times is quite simple. Go to the games boards and look for a kad feeding times one. (There are always helpful kad timers out there.) In kad time posts, a "main" time is when the majority of kadoaties want food. The "mini" is when 1 or 2 straggler kadoaties get fed. Usually, the main and mini will merge after a few restocks, and I suggest going for a main feeding.

What to feed?

There are three ways to feed kadoaties: inventory, shop wizard, and safety deposit box. This guide will only cover inventory, because that is the most common and easiest way (it's also more forgiving for those dial-up users.) In inventory kad feeding, you keep the max items (50) in your inventory (they will all be kad feeding items, of course.) When you buy your items, pick a theme in the name (I used strawberry, but any recurring word in the food will do.) This will help you identify which kad to feed, so if you are like me you will click on any kad that wants a strawberry-something. Click here for a list of kadoatie feeding items, categorized. I suggest buying 50 items from one of the lists.

Feeding

So you have your inventory stocked, and you know what time the next main occurs. Now get out there and feed some kads! If you don't get your trophy on the first, second, or third try- don't give up! I fed my first kad on my third main, but some people have to try 10 times before they get the hang of it.
