Faerie quests (excluding Illusen and Jhudora) are random events, and will often occur at bad times (like when on an Illusen quest, for instance.) This page will teach you everything there is to know about neopets faerie quests.

Random Faerie Quests
These are the quests I told you about... the ones that occur randomly throughout neopia. When you receive one of these quests, you may not use the shop wizard to find your item. You must go to the Quest Board and ask a kind neopian on the board to search for the item for you. You can also try the Trading Post for some items. There are no time limits on this quest (but the faster you complete them, the faster you can resume normal shop wizard use!) Remember, your neopets must not be in battle to complete these quests!

Illusen Quests
Illusen Quests do not occur randomly, you must go to Illusen's Glade to receive them. These quests are timed, so make sure you have the shop wizard open in another tab/window! (Illusen quests do not inhibit shop wizard use.) These quest items get progressively harder to find and more expensive, and you may not finish them all. If you do not finish a quest you will be reset to level 1. Wait 12 hours between quests. (Remember: prizes are given out every third quest you complete)

Jhudora Quests
Jhudora Quests do not occur randomly, you must go to Jhudora's Cloud to receive them. These quests are timed, so make sure you have the shop wizard open in another tab/window! Fountain Faerie Quests
The Fountain Faerie is a water faerie (she is not the same as the Uber Water Faerie that gives out random quests!) She resides in the Rainbow Fountain. Her quests are random and untimed. They are usually very expensive, but definitely worth it. When you have completed a quest for her, she will paint one of your neopets any color at the Rainbow Fountain.
